I am Barbara Cremaschi, consultant and intermediary in the prestigious real estate sector. I spent my first 25 professional years in the small Italian metalworking industry sector, in a solid company, located in northern Italy and operating internationally, covering a top role as well as being an operating partner. Starting from December 2022, I have decided to undertake this new work challenge in an area that has always strongly interested and fascinated me, because it is closely related to the life story of each of us.
I am registered with the CCIA of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, as a Professional Real Estate Agent and I have chosen, as a Trade Association, the Italian Federation FIAIP.
In Italy, Fiaip has been present for more than 45 years and in addition to being one of the largest and most dynamic European category federations, it is also accredited by the European Parliament. He collaborates with CEPI - European Association of Real Estate Professions and with the NAR - National Association of Realtors and is the technical contact of the O.P.M.I. Parliamentary Observatory of the Real Estate Market.
The choice was dictated by my strong need to operate with constant professional updating and put myself in the best conditions to provide qualified assistance to my clients, in total compliance with the Code of Ethics and Behavior which are integral and fundamental parts of the Federative Statute.
The best method to support customers who want to sell, buy, rent, seizing the opportunities of the dynamic real estate world, can only develop through the profound belief that intense and continuous preparation is needed.
From here comes, mainly, the full availability to listen to the needs, the dreams, arising in that particular moment of life, because first of all, I want to create and establish a relationship based on trust, transparency and confidentiality. I have the duty to support the client, who decides to rely on me, to guarantee the right to live an experience in which respect for human capital and their private sphere is always placed in the foreground.

"IO'IHN" may I go further...It is a very short word from ancient Greek, which expresses the profound and effective meaning of "going further". Therefore, on the basis of my previous work experience, always attracted by an international real estate map, I chose Milan as the city from which to set sail to explore and expand the offer of services to be placed in the hands of the client or to land in for offer a range of opportunities for the customer who wishes to realize the dream of an Italian property.
The knowledge of different cultures, the development of the ability to analyze the client's needs, alongside reliable and operational colleagues in different areas, in Italy and abroad, gives me, even in the role of property finder, the possibility of identify the type of property, properly customized, subject to investment or special housing choice...
